Produce and design reports, brochures, national and local advertising; support the Global Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Director with strategic design and branding initiatives; coordinate with the Events team to brand high-profile events and oversee the production of all materials including invitations, event specific websites, signage and html deliverables; design company-wide newsletters for Research, Corporate Responsibility, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Global Corporate Services; support the design team with stock photos and art, maintaining a diverse library of images; update the daily company intranet site; manage the corporate photo shoots.
